Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation for new businesses with key decision-makers.
- Relationship Building with prospective clients
- Client Acquisition
- Market Research & Strategy Development to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Sales Strategy & Proposal Development to prospective clients.
- Contract Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Collaboration with Internal Teams for client feedback to improve service offerings.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a PR, marketing, or advertising agency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of public relations, media, and communication strategies.
- Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
