Business Development Officer
Job Purpose Statement
- Prospect, initiate and develop new IPF relationships with potential clientele within the broader insurance and reinsurance industry, strengthen and grow existing relationships while analysing the risk, terms and conditions of acceptance without unreasonably exposing the assets of the bank. This job covers Mombasa Region, Insurance companies and brokers allocated.
Ideal Job Specifications
Academic:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field
Professional:
- Insurance and Marketing qualifications will be an added advantage
Desired work experience:
- 2-3 years’ proven working experience in a sales & Marketing environment, with sound exposure to underwriting in Insurance or Banking Sector.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding set targets.
- Knowledge of various Insurance product
- Versatility, flexibility, passion and commitment to quality service delivery
