Head of Procurement

• The overall purpose of the job is to drive strategic sourcing, cost optimization, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation for all direct and indirect materials essential to Bio Foods and Ma Cuisine’s operations. This role ensures procurement supports business growth, sustainability, and product innovation while maintaining cost efficiency and supply security.

We are looking for someone who can

• Develop and execute a category-based procurement strategy for key materials (e.g., PET preforms, caps, labels, sugar, fruits, flavours, concentrates, cartons, and closures).
• Establish long-term supplier partnerships to drive cost savings, quality, and innovation.
• Drive procurement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality and supply security.
• Monitor commodity price trends (e.g., sugar, PET, e.t.c.) and develop strategies for hedging and cost stability.
• Develop a supplier risk management framework, ensuring continuity plans for critical raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with global food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA, and local regulatory requirements).

HRIS & Payroll Administrator

• The HRIS & Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, compliance with labor laws, and seamless employee compensation administration. 

 We are looking for someone who can

• Maintain, update, and optimize the HRIS to ensure accurate and secure employee records.
• Configure HRIS functionalities, including workflows, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain payroll records, including employee wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
• Prepare and distribute monthly P&C reports, including workforce analytics, turnover rates, headcount reports, and compensation analysis.
• Provide insights into P&C data trends to support strategic decision-making.
