Job Purpose

  • Ensuring preparation and compiling staff deductions done outside the payroll;

Person Specification
For appointment to this grade, an officer must:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent qualifications;
  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum KCSE C+ (plus) or its equivalent;
  • Membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management;
  • Should have relevant experience for a minimum period of three (3) years;
  • Proficiency in computer applications;
  • Good Communication skills;
  • Demonstrated results in work performance; and
  • Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the constitution
