Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Masters Master’s Degree in Purchasing and Supplies, Procurement and Logistics Management, Commerce (Supplies Management option), Business Administration (Supplies Chain Management) from a recognized institution;
• Bachelors Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supplies, Procurement and Logistics Management, Commerce (Supplies Management option), Business Administration (Supplies Chain Management) from a recognized institution;
• Professional Certification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution;
• Membership to Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM);
• Practicing License issued by KISM

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelors Hold a bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: business, finance, public finance, economics, insurance, or related discipline from a recognized university in Kenya or any other relevant qualification from an institution recognized in Kenya.
• Have at least ten (10) years of experience in matters relating to the discipline referred to under item (i) above.
• Has not at any time within the preceding five (5) years been an employee of the Kenya Revenue Authority.
• Has not been adjudged bankrupt by a court of competent jurisdiction
• Has not been convicted of an offense under any law;
• Have a high moral character and integrity in accordance with Chapter Six of the Constitution
• Is not a public officer or a tax agent
• Has met his Tax obligations

• Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity
• Is not a public officer or a tax agent
• Has met his Tax obligations
