We are looking for a highly experienced Personal chef to join our client in Tanzania. You will be responsible for the preparation of variety of at-home meals for the client in a private household, managing inventory and purchasing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare meals in the household according to employer(s) recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff.
- Stock, organize and clean kitchen and cooking utensils.
- Shop for food and kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Serve meals and snacks to employing families and their guests.
- Plan menus according to employer(s) needs and diet restrictions.
- Plan and prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions and other social events.
- Direct the operation and organization of kitchens and all food-related activities including the presentation and serving of food. Understand nutritional needs for the household
- Maintain safe food-handling skill

Requirements

Fumigation Technician (Somaliland)
Our client based in Somaliland is looking for an experienced Fumigation Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Accurately measuring of area dimensions requiring fumigant treatment, using rule and, calculate requirements
- Inspecting buildings, land, and surroundings for infestation. Spraying chemicals, laying poisonous bait, setting mechanical traps, or any other needed treatment to fix pest problems.
- May clean areas that harbor pests to prepare area for fumigation.
- Ensuring all work locations have an effective Integrated Pest Management plan in place and adequate inventories.
- Making telephone calls and in-person visiting if needed and presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Making certain that customer satisfaction is achieved with services provided
- Under direct supervision, performing routine assigned tasks from instructions, established guidelines, and procedures.
- Accountable of choosing the appropriate chemicals to purchase, handling stock and maintaining equipment.
- Observing and complying with safety requirements
- Observing and complying with ISO standards.
- Other than the outlined duties, you will be assigned other duties from time to time and therefore you will be required to multi- task in your daily operations
Requirements
- Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 6 Years’ Experience in fumigation and pest control industry.
