Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Develop and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Handle payroll, benefits, and compliance matters
• Support performance management and training programs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in human resources or recruitment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information

Communication Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies
• Create engaging content for social media, press releases, and newsletters
• Manage media relations and handle public inquiries
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Experience in media relations and content creation
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
