IT Specialist
- You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The IT Specialist is responsible to assist the IT Manager in ensuring that all computer systems and networks used within the hotel provide as near as possible uninterrupted service to the hotel operations. Assist in providing technical assistance and advice to hotel management. Provide effective training and support. Assist in the provision of IS related services to hotel guests.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communications, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Driver
Driver
- You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
- The Driver is responsible to provide an exceptional customer service and safely drive hotel’s or customer’s vehicles.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
Guest Services Officer (Telephone Operator)
Guest Services Officer (Telephone Operator)
- You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of Telephones Department within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Assistant Housekeeping Manager
- You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible to assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department, including the training and supervision of attendants, team leaders and Assistant Managers.
Qualifications
- If you bring a university degree or a hotel management diploma, minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position, and an overflowing passion for people, we look very much forward to hearing from you!
