Job Details
- Plan and develop project scope – align on research methodology, research sampling points
- Monitor project progress and set deadlines – Organization and follow-through of the project to avoid delays
- Maintain quality standards to preserve the integrity of data and findings
- Research Interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews when required
- Scheduling: Select a place to conduct interviews and obtain permission from all participants
- Analysis: Analyse data using various statistical methods
- Manage administrative elements of research projects
- Report Writing: Write reports to summarize data and the implications of the results
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in the Marketing, Arts or Data Analytics
- 1 – 2 years proven work experience as a Research Assistant /intern in a research agency
- Proven work experience as a Research Assistant /intern in a research agency
- Excellent administrative skills
- Knowledge of research methods
- Ability to work under pressure

Senior Research & Insights Operations Officer
Job Summary
Spearhead operations of research projects from inception to delivery
Job Details
- Research design: Design questionnaires, discussion guides, and sampling plans
- Data collection: Conduct interviews, organize surveys, and prepare field materials
- Quantitative Data analysis: Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations
- Reporting: Write reports and presentations, and provide clients with updates on project progress
- Cross functional relations: Build and maintain relationships with other department, and provide advice on how to use the research
- Project management: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Teamwork: Work with other departments and suppliers, and provide support to other team members
Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Commerce or any other related field
- At least 4 years of experience in a research agency or consumer insights team
- Ability to manage multiple project at the same time
- Strong analytics in quantitative research
- Ability to see insights and convert to business strategies
Brand & Insights Operations Officer
Job Summary

Job Detail
- Plan projects: Assist with project planning, including scoping, designing, and setting goals
- Ensure compliance: Make sure that projects follow the study protocol, regulatory requirements, and work scope
- Recruit subjects: Find and coordinate research subjects as directed through research processes
- Merchandising: Managing and executing of the merchandising objectives and reporting progress – operationalize customer rewards programs
- Resource Planning and allocation: Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Supplier Management: Liaise with service providers including venue owners for activations, research and merchandize
- Quality Control: Designs and implements quality control measures to ensure accurate collection and processing of data.
- Policy adherence: Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with brand and insights policies
- Documentation: Disseminating branding and insights materials with proper documentation and tracking
- Collaborative: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mainly depots, logistics, compliance and procurement to ensure smooth and efficient operations of brand and insights
- Performance Measurements: Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management and Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including budget, compliance and establish ways to improve
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in sales/marketing related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an agency set up or FMCG set up
- Previous experience in marketing or research project management
- Good organizational skills and ability to schedule and manage their own workload
- Must have strong negotiation skills and be an influencer
- Must have the experience and confidence come up with new tracking documents
