HSE Assistant

Qualifications

  • Degree, Diploma in an Engineering field, Public Health, and Environmental Science. 
  • At least 1 year of experience in the HSE field. 
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. 
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methods and techniques. 
  • Familiarity with company Policies and ISO Standards. Legislation such as OSHA 2007, EMCA 2015, ISO Standard 14001 and 45001 is beneficial. 
  • Familiarity with OSH auditing and inspection processes. 
  • Knowledge of hazard identification. 
  • Knowledge of accident and incidents investigation, identifying root cause and using hierarchy of control to propose corrective action. 

Job Role

  • Assists in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures. 
  • Monitors compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the organization. 
  • Develop and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns related to HSE. 
  • In collaboration with the Head of HSE, the Assistant Head of HSE assists in investigating incidents, accidents, or near-misses that occur within the organization. 
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential safety risks and hazards within the operations. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans for the LPG manufacturing processes. 
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to HSE activities, including policies, procedures, training records, incident reports, and compliance documentation. 
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the HSE program 

Otogas Technician

Must have skills

Qualifications

  • Diploma/craft certificate/artisan in automotive engineering or equivalent educational qualification. 
  • Experience of 2 years and above in a similar role. 
  • Possess a valid driving license for conducting test drives. 
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental guidelines and compliance standards in the gas station industry. 
  • Knowledge of workshop equipment and testers for efficient shop utilization. 
  • Certificate of good conduct. 
  • Basic computer literacy.  

Job Role

  • Convert vehicles to LPG systems, as an alternative fuel. 
  • Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of LPG component systems. 
  • Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to deliver high-quality work. 
  • Perform Engine diagnose prior to LPG system installation to identify any potential error codes and document the errors on the conversion Job card. 
  • Perform inspections, safety checks, and other vehicle physical checks. 
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment always. 
  • Maintain accurate and legible documentation of work performed. 
  • Hold a valid state driver’s license for conducting test drives. 
  • Collaborate with “U” level technicians to assist and support “L & I” level technicians in executing top-notch work and gaining valuable experience. 
  • Perform any other duty(ies) as will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor or management. 

Otogas Mechanic

Must have skills
