Duties and Responsibilities: –
- Screening prescriptions for legal validity, drug contraindications, drug interactions, and appropriateness of dose, frequency and duration of dosing and patience convenience;

- Participating in ward rounds;

Duties and Responsibilities: –
- Responsible for formulation and execution of pharmaceutical policies and programmes in the provision of curative, promotive, palliative and preventive health care services
- Dispensing drugs/Compounding medicines;
- Receiving, interpreting, processing prescriptions and Recording prescriptions in a pharmacy unit;
- Pre-packing, repacking and writing instructions on labels;
- Counseling patients on usage of drugs in a pharmacy unit;

- Fixing and removal of casts, bandages and traction from patients
- Counselling clients/patient on issue orthopedic trauma
- Documenting orthopaedic and trauma case; and
- Assessing and referring patients with musculo-skeletal conditions;
- Participating in management of minor orthopedic trauma case in emergencies
- Cleaning and treating simple wound resulting from orthopedic trauma
- Make follow up of patient with orthopedic in wards and outpatient clinics
