Bobtail Driver
Qualifications
- Valid BCE Class of Driving License and above.
- Valid EPRA License.
- Defensive Driving Certificate
- 3 years experience driving in a corporate setup.
- Proficiency in using GPS devices, i.e., smartphones.
- A certificate of good conduct is mandatory.
Job role
- Timely delivery of LPG to the Customers as per stipulated SOPs.
- Ensure delivery processes are done procedurally as per the SOP physically and on the company APP system.
- Conduct daily pre and post-trip weights.
- Fully execute all HSE policies and procedures while handling company products.
- Achieve and observe quick turnaround time at delivery locations as per set KPIs.
- Support maintenance activities with the help of the maintenance team and LPG systems’ Engineering team.
- Fulfill all maintenance checklists as required.
- Submitting real-time online reports after deliveries via our mobile application.
- Mapping customer locations.
- Before any trip, check all statutory licenses are valid and up to date, including EPRA & NTSA licenses, insurance, inspection, branding, and inter-county permits.
- Asset/truck must be driven in accordance with the Kenya Traffic Act – Cap 404 of the laws of Kenya.
- Carefully drive the asset/truck to assigned delivery points and take full charge of the asset;

- Service interval schedules
- General cleanliness
- Take full responsibility for assets’ accessories – first aid kit, fire extinguishers & tool kits.
- All accidents and incidents are reported as they happen in a timely manner.
Container Coordinator
Qualifications
- At least college Diploma in a relevant field.
- 2 years’ proven experience as inventory supervisor in LPG industry.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
- Certificate of Good Conduct is mandatory.
- Computer literacy.
Job role
The position is available all across KENYA.
- Ensure cylinders are handled carefully and all staff follow procedures at the location.
- Conducted accurate daily stock counts of all items in the containers.
- Oversee all staff members’ adherence to standard operating procedures while at the container and raise any non-conformities to the respective Head of Department in real-time.
- Ensure all staff report on time and return on time as per company policies.
- Conduct a weekly audit of the container focusing on premises, cleanliness, asset, and stock-related matters.
- Conduct a weekly assets audit to ensure all accessories are in place, the asset’s general state is acceptable, and no abnormalities are sighted.
- Report any security breaches in real-time.
- Check the delivery asset before and after its market trip to ensure roadworthiness and general state and that no accidents occurred during the day or lost accessories.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the container and the container’s surrounding area.
- Any other duty will be assigned to you by the section head.
