Assistant Data Manager Intern – Kisumu

Key Responsibilities:
The intern will be trained on;

  • Study Data management and filling
  • Updating participant link log
  • Labeling data room, logs, books and files
  • The archival process of study data and ensuring proper storage and maintenance of the same
  • Setting up databases and systems
  • Updating study databases
  • Screening, enrolment and follow up files for daily schedules
  • QA/QC of electronic Case report forms (eCRFs), chart notes and name charts to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Development of study analysis plan.

Vacancy Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Applied Statistics, mathematical sciences or any other related field and within 1 year following university graduation
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a focus on quality and innovation
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

ICT Intern – Kisumu

Key Responsibilities:
The intern will be trained on:

  • Hardware and software maintenance
  • Data Recovery and Back up method
  • Installation and configuration of authorized soft wares to the study Desktops and laptops
  • Data and study system backups
  • Trouble shooting PCs malfunction
  • Resolving Internet downtime

  • Payments for vendors
  • Management of contracts & agreements between the Program & other service providers
  • Asset register management
  • Inventory management
  • Procurement processes and tracking of supplies

Vacancy Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (Finance/Accounting option), Business administration or equivalent
  • CPA (II) or Equivalent
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software packages
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Procurement and supplies
  • Good presentation skill
