Client & Account Management
- Oversee and coordinate the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive experience.
- Compile, maintain, and distribute client logs, reports, and relevant documentation as needed.
- Track and follow up the collection of outstanding payments to ensure timely processing.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure client mentions, advertisements, and promotions are scheduled and executed as per the order form.
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and strengthen the company’s reputation.
- Coordinate and manage company merchandise for marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and corporate branding efforts
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan, organize, and oversee company events, ensuring all logistics and execution run smoothly.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities, serving as a spokesperson when required.
Sales & Business Development
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and promotional efforts to drive business growth.
- Collaborate on sales strategies and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and maximize revenue opportunities.
Customer Engagement & Support
- Handle and respond to audience inquiries, feedback, and requests across various communication channels.
- Ensure timely, professional, and customer-focused responses to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
Administrative Duties
- Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, process orders, and ensure the timely receipt of office and promotional supplies.
- Documentation & Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings, take minutes, track action items, and maintain organized records of important documents.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in public relations and marketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Have experience in event planning and account management
- BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
Production Assistant
Job description
Family Media is looking for a mature, passionate and creative production assistant who will assist the production team to facilitate TV and Radio shows from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
- Generate creative and original ideas for shows.
- Identify and implement suitable content for our audience by carrying out thorough research of guests and topics.
- Communicate and coordinate with studio crew, editors to ensure the success of a production.
- Handle street interviews, inserts and fillers.
- Promote completed shows on different platforms.
- Create and manage productions for different kinds of programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field.
- Proven 2 years experience as a content creator in media.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in production software and tools, such as Final Cut Pro.
- Extensive knowledge of production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual storytelling techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
