Business Administration/Finance REAL
The Position
- The Roche East Africa Leadership Program (REAL) is a 2-year rotational development program at Roche. The program is designed for high-potential individuals at an early stage of their career (with max 2 years working experience) accelerates their professional development and enables them to be key contributors to Roche’s purpose and what patients need next. REAL offers 5 main positions: Medical Affairs/Market Access, Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance, Customer Support/Professional Services, Business Administration/Finance, and Sales & Marketing/Commercial.

Who are you?
As an ideal candidate you have:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economy, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Human Resources or any related field
- At an early stage in your career: 0-2 years relevant work experience in Finance or Human Resources
- Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data to influence stakeholder decisions
- Eagerness to work with diverse cultures
- Passion for learning new things and high degree of integrity and courage
- Being a self-starter (proactive) / driven and a team player
- Excellent communication and innovation skills
- Proficient in English

- Familiarity with mechanical or electrical engineering and biomedical instrumentation
